Care Response Network
The primary response layer, designed to support residents, families, caregivers, staff, or operators first. This layer resolves the majority of events without involving emergency services.
Emergency Intelligence Console
The escalation layer, activated only when thresholds are met. It provides validated, context-rich summaries to support EMS, fire, or other responders, without replacing existing systems.
